MANDATORY CLEARANCES FOR ALL COACHES/BOARD MEMBERS

All coaches must have up to date clearances. Clearances are valid for 5 years from the date received. The following clearances are required:

PA State Police Criminal Record Check - Click on Submit a New Record Check. Cost is FREE for volunteers

PA Child Abuse History Clearance - Enter the Child Welfare Portal by clicking Create Individual Account (first timers) or Individual Login (renewing clearance). Cost is FREE for volunteers.

FBI Criminal Background Check - This is only needed if you have not been a resident of PA during any portion of the past 10 years. Cost is $27.50
